Track Your Order

Every AKAN SHOP order is sent from our UK warehouse with a tracked service, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to your door.

1. Check your dispatch email

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we email you a dispatch confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Can't see it? Please check your junk folder.

2. Track with the carrier

Enter the tracking number from your email on the carrier's website:

• Evri – track a parcel
• Royal Mail – track your item
• DPD – track your parcel

3. View your order online

Sign in with your email address to see your order status and tracking details.

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, with tracked delivery typically taking 2–4 working days. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
