2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version in force when you order applies to that order.

3. Your order and our contract with you

After you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there's an obvious pricing error or if we can't deliver to your address. If so, we'll let you know and you won't be charged.

4. Products and prices

We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Images are for illustration and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated timescales are set out on our Shipping & delivery page. Delivery times are estimates, and we're not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

7. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

You have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them. You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Details, exceptions and how refunds work are set out on our Returns & refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described.

8. Using our products safely

Please read and follow any instructions and safety information supplied with a product. Our massage and wellness products are designed for everyday relaxation and are not medical devices; if you have a medical condition or are pregnant, please check with your GP before use.

9. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We're not liable for business losses, as our products are for domestic and private use.

10. Website use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial shopping. Please don't misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content without permission.

11. Privacy

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we'll do our best to resolve it.
