We dispatch every order from our own UK warehouse in Tipton, West Midlands, so you get fast, reliable delivery without lengthy international waits.
Delivery options
- Free UK delivery: free on every order, with no minimum spend – estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Faster options: where available, express or next-working-day services are shown at checkout.
- Carriers: we use trusted UK carriers such as Evri, Royal Mail and DPD, and every parcel is tracked.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. We don't dispatch on weekends.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel on the carrier's website. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email us and we'll chase it for you.
Made for the UK
All electrical products come with a UK 3-pin plug or a UK-compatible USB charger, carry UKCA/CE marking, and are covered by our 12-month warranty.
International orders
At present we ship to UK addresses only. If you are based outside the UK, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
