Is there a minimum order?
£150 ex VAT on your first order; no minimum on repeat orders. Mix any products and quantities. No minimum per line.
Are prices ex VAT? Who invoices?
Yes, all trade prices are quoted ex VAT. Orders are invoiced by our partner company Malren Global Trade Ltd with a full VAT invoice, so VAT-registered buyers can reclaim it.
How fast is delivery and what does it cost?
Stock is held in our West Midlands warehouse and dispatched within 1–3 working days by tracked courier. Delivery is free on mainland UK orders over £300; smaller orders are quoted on the pro-forma.
Can I sell these on Amazon, eBay or TikTok Shop?
Yes. Most of our trade customers resell online. We do not restrict channels.
Do you offer samples?
Yes – single units at trade price can be included in your first order so you can test lines before committing to volume.
What about faulty goods?
Faulty items are replaced or credited on your next order. Email us the SKU and a photo.
Do I need to be VAT registered?
No. Sole traders and non-VAT-registered businesses are welcome – you simply pay the VAT shown on the invoice.
Can I see prices before applying?
Trade prices are only shared with approved accounts. Approval usually takes less than one working day.
